Founder & Principal Advocate
Rakesh Bharadwaj is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience in litigation and corporate advisory. An Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, he brings a rare combination of legal acumen and business insight to every case.
With an MBA in Finance and an LLM specializing in Taxation and Corporate Law, Rakesh possesses a dual-qualified perspective that enables him to understand the intersection of law and business. His practice spans complex litigation, intellectual property disputes, corporate restructuring, and family law matters.
Beyond his legal practice, Rakesh is deeply influenced by the principles of Yoga and Sufism — philosophies that inform his balanced approach to conflict resolution and client counseling. Satya Veer Singh
Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India
An Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India practicing since 2016, Satya Veer Singh has appeared in over 300 matters before the Apex Court and is associated with more than 15 reported judgments (AFR).
